Hi, I have created a drop down list for each cell.
I then added specific colours for ease of use.
I would like the same headings/options when selecting from the drop down box, but I would like the values to be shown like the column next to it (red arrow)
So, have drop down values like the column on the left but the values shown from the column on the right (including colours and numbers)
Is this possible?
My experience level is low (obvious) and have trying searching everywhere else.

Thanks

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
I'm not on a Mac, but willing to take a stab at it. Matching the colors shouldn't be difficult. You could just set up Conditional Formatting for the values, but I don't understand the 2nd part.
Are you saying if they Select Play - 15's you want it to say 1 after you select it with a yellow background? If so, what if there is not value in the second column?
