Hi guys!

I am trying to make a spreadsheet that is very very user friendly, and would like parts of the spreadsheet to be hidden so that it can be filled in step by step.

What i would like is when a certain cell has content, another cell appear acting as a button. When clicked, the next data entry rows appear.

Is this possible?

Excel Facts

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Unfortunately it has to be purely excel based. I cant have any external VB programs running. Everything has to be within excel :)

Oh :D

Would i need to have the table alreadyset up or could the size of the table vary depending on the amount of data entered? Or could the size of the table be entered?

eg.

"Enter how many months you would like your projected cash budget to show:" and then another asking which month to start on.

Than a series of If statements to get the months for the next rows?

Sorry for all the questions. im quite new to all of this!
