Show rows on new WS conditional on formula

Hi,

On Clients! is my database of clients, all of whom have an account balance (col J). 80% of the balances are 0 (dormant clients), the rest are between -10000 and +10000 (active clients).

I would like to create a new WS - Active Clients! This displays Clients! data but only those rows where J is not equal to zero.

Once J = 0, the row on Active Clients! must dissapear.

How might I go about creating this new WS???

Why not just AutoFilter for not equal to 0.
