Show warning for Yes

Hi, is there a way to show warning when yes is selected from yes, no drop-down list (without using macros).

use conditional formatting like this

The Upper isn't necessary, (=$A1="yes") but if you just want to hightlight that columns values, you can do it this way:

Select Column. Go into Conditional Formatting:
