I want my pivot table to show 0 values when summarising my data, but I can't find any options to make this work?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
Are you referring to empty cells in your pivot table showing zero values? If this is what you are after then right click on the pivot table, select "Table Options" and on the right hand side there is an option called "For empty cells, show:". Tick this box and put a 0 in the box to the right of it.
