Simple formula cant figure out

I have a cel (c182) that i want populated with the value of another cel (c9), but the problem i am encountering is that there might be on some occassions that c9 will not have any info and c182 displays a "0". What i need is that if cel c9 is blank, c182 should be blank as well.

=IF(C9="","",C9)
