Hi All,

I'm trying figure out how to quickly alter each value in the cells of a range, ie convert from km/h to m/s, and I could swear that I could just do this and it worked in the past, but now it doesn't:

Code:
Rng.Value = Rng.Value / 3.6

(And Rng is created using Set.)

That causes a type mismatch. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
I interpret this to mean that Rng.Value is not numeric. Maybe it's text that looks like a number.
Try
Code:
Rng.Value = Value(Rng.Value)/3.6
