Can a cell be formatted so that whaterver text is typed in it is in Capitals, ideally this would be in a protected worksheet

That works great

Just out of curiosity........why couldn't the other code be changed to work on a range.....(keep it simple if poss)

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
One cell is not equal to a range so I need to use intersect to see if they do.

I need to use WorksheetFunction as Proper is not a VBA command.

I need to "EnableEvents = False" else code will execute again and again.
