Simple Question for Excel

Hi-

I need to copy each number and pate it into the blank rows between two red numbers. Any help would be greatly appricated.

Highlight the column
Press CTRL + G (or click Edit - Goto)
Special
Blanks
OK
Press =
Press UP Arrow
Press CTRL + ENTER


Then you can copy the column, paste special values if you want to remove the formulas.
