simple user form

Evening all

I am trying to create a simple user form and havent done one before. I have searched the net and can find things that could be used but are a bit like trying to shoot a rabbit with a rocket launcher. Anyway I have set the form up and have 6 combo boxes. The first combo box entry on the form I want to be entered into cell "AO26" the second combo box entry into "AO27" and so on.

I also have 6 named ranges in the workbook, the first being "ENQUIRYSTATUS" and would like the first combo box (also called Enquiy Status) to look at that range for it's validation.

Any help much appreciated.
