Simulating a double click to activate a worksheet before double click event

I need to activate a worksheet before double click event in my code to open a user form

The user from opens normally with a manual double click but i want to access through code also

i have tried using

Application.run
Application.Doubleclick
Application.SendKeys "{F2}"

Any ideas?

why not just use:

UserForm1.Show
