simultaneous pause with 2 different players

I'm looking for a way to pause 2 different players.
Rifftrax is a MP3 of people making fun of a movie. You have to have the movie playing for anything to make sense.

You have to pause both of them at the same time (after you get them synced) if you want to keep them in sync.

Does anyone have a way to do that? I have NO idea where to start.

If someone can just help me activate each window in turn and I'll use sendkeys to pause them.
