Is it possible to have a single formula, possible array formula, to state TRUE or FALSE when all values between to similarly shaped ranges are the same? If just one value if different, the result should be FALSE. I tried
={COUNTIF(Range1=Range2, FALSE)}>0 but this doesn't work.

I've uploaded a picture with two examples where the formula should result in TRUE and when it should result in FALSE.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
