Hi there,
How does one create an Service Level Agreement Breached formula in MS Excel to show the numner of days breached using the following table in Excel.
Scenario:
I will sent training material to be translated (Date Sent on 17/03/2011). I have an Expected Date Returned 23/03/2011. Then I actually received in on the 26/03/2011. How do I account for the 3 days late SLA in excel? Automatically build in Excel.
How do I get the SLA number needs to exclude Weekends?
