Hi

I have cells that contains text with spaces. I need a formula that takes the first lot of text and copies into say "C1" ignore speces and copy the next lot of text in say "D1" etc

Example
Cell A1 contains - Catering Bristol HSS

I want to copy this into:
"C1" to read catering
"D2" to read Bristol
"E2" to read HSS

I'm sure i have one this before but can't remember it!!

Any help would be most apreciated

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Does it need to be a formula? You could use the text to columns feature and delimit by spaces. It's in the Data tab in 2007; not sure about other versions.
