small text to capital letters

HI CHAMPS,

a small issue.... i have a excel sheet1 where in the agents enter their names. the agents enter their names in any format, caps, small,

on sheet 2 i have given a reference and have all the names on sheet2... can i have a formula, while giving the reference =sheet1!b1, which will give me the names only in capitals and 1 font style and colour..

pls guide me immd.. if possible

Use...

=UPPER(Sheet1!B1)

...and format with any font that you want.
