Smart Count\Conversion

I have a column that looks like this:
1.77 T
600.40 B
33.61 B
1.36 T
50.00 B

<tbody>
</tbody>

T = trillion
B = billion

I'd like to convert these into complete numerical values, any ideas?

Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Sort by date Sort by votes
=IF(RIGHT(A1,1)="T",(LEFT(A1,SEARCH(" ",A1))*1000000000000),(LEFT(A1,SEARCH(" ",A1))*1000000000))

If your data is not in A1 then change that to suit.
