If you're doing a advanced sheet with a lot of information and a lot of outputs, you want to pick out all the information several times in different ways and order etc. how goes your process?

I have been advised to make all the "data" and "code" on one sheet and then do my layouts etc. on others and just link the information there. This way you can pick your information sevral times with out interfering with layout design etc.

How do you do it? How is a smart way to think?
