Hi,

3 columns containing data in below format.

A B C
Mark Devon Alice
Andy sid mac
alec marc avril
harvey ruth jane

Now question is I get certain data containing the same names in sheet. I want the names in RED in column b.
example:
A B
andy
sid
harvey
avril
jane

Give me an excel function. I guess IF function can work:-

thanks a lot,buddy(s)

Is there any excel function thru which Team leaders name(in RED) should come in front of the names starting A6?

Thanks,
