Solver for two targets and 8 variables

Hi. I need help with a Solver type application.

I have two targets. One is to find a specific value and one is to be minimized.

I have 8 variables to adjust with conditions.

Since solver only let's you solve for one target I am at a loss.

Can anyone help?
