Currently using =FILTER('CEREDIGION CASELOAD'!$B$2:$B$2049,'CEREDIGION CASELOAD'!$AG$2:$AG$2049=$A$1,"") in A3, then =IFERROR(INDEX(Caseload[Name],MATCH(A3,Caseload[CRN],0)),"") in B3, =IFERROR(INDEX(Caseload[Surname],MATCH(A3,Caseload[CRN],0)),"") in C3; etc to pull the data from the Caseload sheet.

I need to be able to sort this data by column K which has =IFERROR(INDEX(Caseload[Appointment Month],MATCH(A3,Caseload[CRN],0)),"") in K3.

Any help much appreciated.

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
Can you post some samples of both sheets along with the formulae.

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.

Unfortunately due to restrictions and data protection I can't post a mini sheet or even screenshot my workbook. I am willing to provide any/all data I can to help get an answer. This is a follow on question from my thread "Only show results where condition is met".

You don;t need to post your actual data, just a mock-up that is realistic in terms of layout & style of data.
