I have a contiguous row of 4 cells D10:G10 which generates +ve numerical values OR 0 (but not null or spaces/(s)).
I want to arrange them in:
  • ‘Increasing order’ in 4 contiguous cells M10:P10 (lowest in M10 & highest in P10)
  • ‘Decreasing order’ in 4 contiguous cells R10:U10 (highest in R10 & lowest in U10)
How to accomplish? Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
How about for M10 dragged across
Excel Formula:
=SMALL($D$10:$G$10,COLUMNS($M10:M10))
and for R10 change small to large

Solution
In M10:
Excel Formula:
=SMALL($D$10:$G$10,COLUMN()-12)
Fill right to P10

In R10:
Excel Formula:
=LARGE($D$10:$G$10,COLUMN()-17)
Fill right to U10
