I need to sort a column by the number of characters in each cell.
I tried the "LEN" to find out the number of characters in each cell so that I could then do a sort, but for some strange reason that feature does not work.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Where did the data come from? Its possible that each cell contains spaces to make them all the same length. Try doing an =trim() to each cell first?
