Sort forms

I have been given a spread sheet that needs updating.
There is a button (sort) that when pressed comes up with a form giving the user options to select. I understand that this is a macro, but how do you produce a form.
Sorry if this is not clear i do not seem to be able to paste into this box .

Hi,

you would need a bit experimenting
start the Visual Basic Editor (via Menu Tools, Macro or press ALT+F11).
you will find modules of different kinds and forms (brows in the left pane)

create a userform yourself?
On the Insert menu in the VBE, click Form
(or use the rightclick menu)
there you go

Is it a UserForm?

Press Alt+F11 to go to the Visual Basic Editor. Do you see any UserForm objects under your workbook in the Project window?
