Hi, has anyone every come across this message:

"The following sort key may not sort as expected because it contains some Number formatted as text:

What would you like to do?

Sort anything that looks like a number, as a number
Sort numbers and numbers stored as text separately"

Which option should i choose?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Which option should i choose?
Now really, how would you expect anyone to divine an answer to that question without seeing your data.

Try both options one at a time and see which one gets you the result you'd expect or want.
