Sorting and combining merged rows from different workbooks

Dear All,

If my below request is simple I kindly request your help if not I wont want to take your time, please tell me which functions should I use then I will study on it.

Is it possible to combine File 1 and File 2 by putting in order by date (by adding one blank row between each row block).
