I have a mid section of columns Conditionally Formatted (F column to AK column).

When I sort any of my columns A:E, it sorts the data from columns A:AK
It also sorts the CF's from A:E, but doesn't sort CF's from F:AK?!

What's up with that?

(I don't need an exact right answer, just help in scattershooting my troubleshots :)

When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
What's in columns F:AK? Formulas that reference columns A:E?

And what are your Conditional Format criteria?

All that's in columns F:AK is text, however, ...
columns A:E have one CF that changes the row format if initials (like JFK) are placed anywhere in the F:AK range.

(The CF in A:E, is a simple =OR(..."JFK", ...."FDR", ...etcetera)
