Sorting data?

I have a spreadsheet with companys and dollars. There 3 or 4 entries for each company. I need to sort the highest dollar and company first and the same companies lower dollars right below, then the second highest dollar b y company and all that companys lower dollars...
Here is what I have
One corp $1,000.00
One corp $25.00
One corp $6.00
AB comp $1,140.00
QA company $44.00
QA company $905.00
QA company $155.00
AB comp $900.00
AB comp $56.00

Here is what I need
AB comp $1,140.00
AB comp $900.00
AB comp $56.00
One corp $1,000.00
One corp $25.00
One corp $6.00
QA company $905.00
QA company $155.00
QA company $44.00

Depending on what columns, it looks something like this:

.Sort Key1:=Range("A1"), Order1:=xlDescending, Header:=xlGuess, _
        OrderCustom:=1, MatchCase:=False, Orientation:=xlTopToBottom, _
        DataOption1:=xlSortNormal Key2:=Range("B1"), Order1:=xlDescending, Header:=xlGuess, OrderCustom:=1, _
 MatchCase:=False, Orientation:=xlTopToBottom, _
        DataOption1:=xlSortNormal

Being a total nOOb myself, others can correct me as they need to, but this will get you on the correct path.
