Hi,

when using the sorting function, u can sort up to three columns in a row. Is there anyway to change that so that i can sort 4 columns????

i've set up the following macro but when i tried adding another "key", i got an error....any ideas???

Selection.Sort Key1:=Range("f13"), Order1:=xlAscending, Key2:=Range("e13"), Order2:=xlDescending, Key3:=Range("f13"), Order3:=xlDescending, _ Header:=xlGuess, OrderCustom:=1, matchCase:=False, Orientation:= _ xlTopToBottom

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Might try sorting a couple of fields, then creating a concatenated field out of those 2; then you can sort on that field and 2 others.
