I received a worksheet with a column showing Accounting Period (AP 01-01, AP 02-02, etc.). The Accounting Period are not sorted together so I click the "Sort Ascending" toolbar button but it will show some AP-01 down the column and then some AP-02-02, AP-03-02, etc and then back to AP 01-01. I tried formatting the column heading by "General", "Number" and "Text", and I still get the same problem.
