hello
my formula appears to be correct, but for some odd reason im geting an error msg.
=RANK(Q12,$Q$12:$Q$44,1)+COUNTIF($Q$12:Q12,Q12)-1
basically, im trying to rank from bottom up
i.e. the small the #, rank it #1 and make sure if ties, it doesnt count.
e.g.
100 = rank #2
89 = rank #1
766 = rank #3
