Sorting rows of data by probability match

I have a sheet with about 500 rows of data, in each row there are specific details on transactions. I would like to be able to group (sort) the rows by the probability that the match each other.

For example, two identical rows wouldbe grouped as an 100% match. Two rows that had 5 cells that matched, would be thrown into a %80 match....

Any ideas?
