Special Copy and Insert Row..

Hello all.

If I am at a cell then how do I copy the active row and not just paste but insert it directly above as "All using Source theme" for all columns other than
Columns B til N. For Columns B til N only the "Values" are needed to be inserted above. Will it be possible with using Vba?
