#SPILL Error

I am using the FILTER function to filter out any 0 values in a list.

The range for the FILTER is dynamic and most of the time it returns the filtered list but sometimes it returns #SPILL

The formula being used is
Excel Formula:
=FILTER(L5:OFFSET(M5,L3-1,0),M5:OFFSET(M5,L3-1,0)>0)

When there are some 0 values it seems to work

So it seems that is the file is work in progress and I am using a RANDBERWEEN function to generate the values, this is what is causing the error
