Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.

Is it always going to be X:XX? Or could it be something like 11:35

If it's always one number before the column, I would use these functions, where A1 is where "2:58" is:

Code:
=LEFT(A1,1)
Code:
=right(a1,2)
