Hi

I have some codes in the following type of format: A/01/A
I want to split this into three columns using formulas. This is important the the formula looks at everything before, between and after the symbol /.

I would need a in one column, 01 in the next and a in the third

The number of characters between the slash varies too so something to work with that would be fab.
Really struggling and need this ASAP - help gratefully appreciated

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
You could do this without formulas using Data>Text to columns... with '/' as a delimiter.
