Hi
Hope someone can help with this.
I have two sheets in the same workbook, CustList and Data.
What i need to do is split the Data sheet into new worksheets for just those customers that appear in the CustList sheet.
Also the new sheets need to renamed after the Customers in the list.

CustList Sheet

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 48pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=64><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 48pt" width=64><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 48pt; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl65 height=20 width=64>Customers</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 height=20>Cust 1</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 height=20>Cust 2</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
Data Sheet

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 96pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=128><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 48pt" span=2 width=64><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 48pt; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl65 height=20 width=64>Customer</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 48pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl65 width=64>Records</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 height=20>Cust 1</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 align=right>4</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 height=20>Cust 1</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 align=right>5</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 height=20>Cust 2</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 align=right>3</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 height=20>Cust 3</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl66 align=right>6</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

So i would end up with a new sheet called Cust 1 with 2 lines of data and a new sheet called Cust 2 with 1 line of data. Hope that makes sense.
Appreciate any help with this.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
See if this works for you:

Code:
Sub Test()
    Dim Sh As Worksheet
    Dim Rng As Range
    Dim c As Range
    Dim List As New Collection
    Dim Item As Variant
    Dim ShNew As Worksheet
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
' *** Change Sheet name to suit ***
    Set Sh = Worksheets("Data")
    Set Rng = Sh.Range("A2:A" & Sh.Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row)
    On Error Resume Next
    For Each c In Rng
        List.Add c.Value, CStr(c.Value)
    Next c
    On Error GoTo 0
    Set Rng = Sh.Range("A1:B" & Sh.Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row)
    For Each Item In List
        Set ShNew = Worksheets.Add
        ShNew.Name = Item
        Rng.AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:=Item
        Rng.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).Copy ShNew.Range("A1")
        Rng.AutoFilter
    Next Item
    Sh.Activate
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub

Untested, but try:

Rich (BB code):
Sub Test()
    Dim Sh As Worksheet
    Dim Rng As Range
    Dim c As Range
    Dim List As New Collection
    Dim Item As Variant
    Dim ShNew As Worksheet
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
' *** Change Sheet name to suit ***
    Set Sh = Worksheets("CustList")
    Set Rng = Sh.Range("A2:A" & Sh.Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row)
    On Error Resume Next
    For Each c In Rng
        List.Add c.Value, CStr(c.Value)
    Next c
    On Error GoTo 0
    Set Sh = Worksheets("Data")
    Set Rng = Sh.Range("A1:B" & Sh.Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row)
    For Each Item In List
        Set ShNew = Worksheets.Add
        ShNew.Name = Item
        Rng.AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:=Item
        Rng.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).Copy ShNew.Range("A1")
        Rng.AutoFilter
    Next Item
    Sh.Activate
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
