Sports Challenge Ladder​

I have a website I am building with a WP Sports Theme called "rookie", and I want to add an excel challenge ladder I can display using short codes. My plan is to try to help small Bars and Restaurants by allowing them to set up free "challenge ladders" for their customers. (Currently Washington State prohibits bars and restaurants to allow customers to play pool). But, by reclassifying their purpose as a fitness club, they will be allowed to hold small events that are proven to be "Covid-19 safe".

Anyway, can anyone help me with a basic Excel "Sports Challenge Ladder" file?

Sorry... When I replied to the old post, I got a message that (I thought) suggested I create a new post because of the fact the original post was so old. So that was what I thought I was doing.
