Spot #VALUE! error in my formula=SUMIFS($Q$4:$Q1547,$H$4:$H1547,"*LIM*",$J$4:$J1544, "BU")

My formula is:

=SUMIFS($Q$4:Q1547,$H$4:$H1547,"*LIM*",$J$4:$J1544,"BU")

This returns a #value! error in the cell

I am trying to add up only the values in column Q under two criteria,~~~where there is LIM somewhere down column H~~~and also BU written somewhere down column J, Please ask questions If not understood, help would be greatly appreciated.
