I have to recalculate the amount of stores and mouths, but without a tool is impossible for me.

The 2 immutable parameters (in blue) are:

. Sales per Store per Year
. The total month for all stores

Don't see anything in Blue but , how do you arrive at the new value AND have you tried using a Pivot table ??
