Stack bar graph not showing data

can anyone help please, I am using office 2007 & have a strange issue with a stacked bar graph.
The graph displays data by weeks(in columns/3 rows each colum), which i update every monday etc. Nothing to trivial, yet for some reason
the lastest 'data is not displaying on the graph) All the data ranges are correct (right clicked & double checked each row of data),the data is numeric etc. It has simply stopped
displaying the data on the graph after a certain week.

any ideas?
