Hi

I have a database with data in.

Staff have been allocated a task to call someone. Some have been told to call 4 times, some call 2 times depending on there shift. AM/PM

I am trying to calculate with a formulae if staff have completed the call task depending on there shift. I have a column with amount of calls made.

So I’m trying to figure out If this can also look at an 1 month period and for those staff with a 4 times call 6 month instead?

I can do conditional formatting afterwards.

Many thank you for reading and help.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Any guidance or help be great or if anybody needs more info. Maybe I didn’t explain it well?
