Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
It was filmed as "The Great Escape" it's on the TV every Xmas in the UK. Starred Steve Mcqueen.

And the chef off "Crossroads"....

(You have to be from the UK to understand the second line  )

Every Xmas?:)

Don't you mean every Xmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holiday, Halloween...?:)

I had heard of the film, of course. But was not familiar with it. I had always thought it dealt with an escape from an ordinary prison. Just took a look on IMDB and it has 8.4/10 with over 35K votes - that's a pretty strong ranking. Now I'll have to see about recording it next time it's broadcast here; which looks to be in a couple of weeks.
