Start and Stop time from previous hours

I have a sheet that calculates how many pieces should be produced in an hour and it tells the stop time it should be produced in. The question is how when i have more to produce in the same day what is the formula to have this pick up from the last producton run end time and start telling me how many i need to produce for the next run.
