Excel 2003 SP3, Stats ad in.

Yes, this is a school assignment but I did not solve by due date - no help with grade - I'm not looking for the answer, I am looking for the ability to resolve. I am taking course online with a professor that 'teaches' by saying "read page XXX, do problem ZZZ." This problem seems to be a one that I should be able to resolve BUT I just cannot get it from my textbook on my own. How do I build this problem in Excel?
Pete has been surveying meatball production quality. 6.68% of the customers say Cal’s meatballs are too spicy and 4.75% say not spicy enough. To make meatballs, about 5 ounces of spices are added to 10 pounds of hamburger. After much study, Pete finds that the exact amount of spices added by chef Cal are normally distributed with a mean of 5 ounces and a standard deviation of 1 ounce. Tim wants to design a cylindrical spice scoop for chef Cal. To keep the meatballs from becoming too spicy, how many ounces should fill this cup when level? To meet minimum spice requirements, how many ounces should determine where the minimum volume mark on the scoop is?
