stay in same cell after enter

if im in a1 and hit the enter key, automatically goes to cell b1. is there a setting so that it will stay in cell a1 after ther enter key is hit?

Go to Tools, Options, Edit tab and remove the check mark under Settings, Move selection after Enter.

Go to tools...Options...Edit (tab)... then where is says move selection after enter just uncheck!!
