Still having problems with my Find Method

Hi
How do I combined the find method with a select statement, when what I am looking for is always in column C but embedded in different string descriptions
Example. I want to find the word "RESTORED". but on row 3 of column C the description may read SSERVICE HAS BEEN RESTORED THE TIME on row 10 of column C it may be THE TIME WAS RESTORED LASTNIGHT.

I wanted to use the select statement (as Just_Jon) has suggested because I am looking for Various words and phrases. When RESORED is found I want the fill color to be Red If the word ANSWER is found I want it to be Green etc.

In all cases the word or words I am looking for are not the only words in the cell.

Thanks
L

You won't be able to use the Select Case structure for this.

By the way could you sticj to 1 thread so everybody can see what other's (Just Jon for example) have posted.
