Stock calculation in excel

HI,

I am trying to add stock up in excel but at some point in the week on different days for different products the stock will increase. HOw do i get a formula to workout when to add the amount that is made into the stock?

Wish i could attach the sheet so that you could see the work....

thanks for any help, need to have it done by 11am tomorrow so no pressure lol
