Stock Spreadsheet Deducting Totals

Hope someone could help me out on this one.

I have a printer stock inventory spreadsheet and I'm unsure how to deduct totals when certain criteria is met. For example:

If B3 page 2, text matches with B3 page 1 > move forward.

If C3 page 2, text matches with C3 page 1 > move forward.

If G3 page 1 = 1 then -1 from the total in G3 page 2.

If none of the statements are true change nothing.
