Hello everyone,

I want to automate my quotation tool, therefore in Col L I have status availability info based on Product Info sheet though IF & VLOOKUP formula.

However, I want to make it dynamic and thus when I type the desired qty in M column I need to get through validation a status availability like "In stock" (if it finds available quantity in my inventory) , "Arriving Soon" and a 3rd status "limited stock"

Any help on how to do that would be much appreciated!

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Try

Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(IF(VLOOKUP(A5;PRODUCT_INFO!A:B;2,0)>=N5;"In Stock";IF(VLOOKUP(A5;PRODUCT_INFO!A:B;2;0)>0;"Limited Stock";"Available Soon"));"")

It works perfectly fine! Thank you so much!

Try

Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(IF(VLOOKUP(A5;PRODUCT_INFO!A:B;2,0)>=N5;"In Stock";IF(VLOOKUP(A5;PRODUCT_INFO!A:B;2;0)>0;"Limited Stock";"Available Soon"));"")
How can I change the "Available soon" value by adding "Available & VLOOKUP(A5;PRODUCT_INFO!A:F;6;0) in order to combine the text available with the date to be delivered from product info sheet?

Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(IF(VLOOKUP(A5,PRODUCT_INFO!A:B,2,0)>=N5,"In Stock",IF(VLOOKUP(A5,PRODUCT_INFO!A:B,2,0)>0,"Limited Stock","Available On "&TEXT(VLOOKUP(A5,PRODUCT_INFO!A:F,6,0),"dd/mm/yy"))),"")

You will want to change commas to semi-colons and maybe edit your date format?
